Tom Biltz is great with clients. He never makes them feel over-whelmed with issues and is very calm in his approach.
Tom does a thorough job in explaining the issues that are discovered in a home inspection without being an alarmist.
Tom is clear and thorough, but not an alarmist.
Tom Biltz, my inspector, was friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained things I needed to know about the heating and airconditioning system and the importance of not blocking the slats on the door to allow air flow for the system.
