Jose was born in Puerto Rico and is a retired US Army Special Forces Master Sergeant. He also served 14 years as a Diplomat working at the US Embassy in Lima Peru. After 36 years of service to our country Jose has learned the importance of working with and serving his community. With more than 15 years of experience with construction he decided to use that knowledge and become a Professional Real Estate Inspector.

Jose enjoys spending time with his family especially outdoors you will always find him hiking trails with his wife or fishing with his two sons. He attended the Professional Home Inspector Course at American Home Inspectors Training (AHIT) and has an Associate Degree from Central Texas College.
