Congratulations on your decision to purchase a new home! Buying a home is one of the biggest purchases that can be made in one’s lifetime. As your home inspector, I will not only provide a quality home inspection, but also provide an easy to follow inspection report detailing the different components of the home. It is my goal to provide you with all of the necessary information in order for you to make an educated decision. I encourage all of my clients to follow along and ask any questions as we walk through the home.

My background in home construction/remodeling and customer service provides a solid foundation of knowledge and experience. This foundation along with my home inspection training enables me to give my clients top notch service.

I received my home inspection training through The Bellman Group as well as BPG’s rigorous training which includes 40 hours of technical training from the industry-leading Carson-Dunlop program and 60 hours of ride-alongs with a senior inspector. I also participate in ongoing training to expand my knowledge and to retain my BPG standing and IL state license.
