The inspection and the report were very detailed and explanatory. Larry took tons of photos and explained the photos. Larry was also very friendly to speak with and answered all of our questions. I would recommend BPG and Larry to everyone I know purchasing a house.
Thorough and complete.
Larry has been doing inspections for my buyers for several years and his knowledge of homes of all ages and their systems helps buyers understand the home they are going to purchase. Larry's easy manner and patience put thee buyer at ease and make them feel comfortable throughout the inspection. I always enjoy inspection day but more so if Larry is doing the inspection
