Dave was born in Natick MA and raised in Pittsburgh PA. He has been in the Chicago area for over 25 years.

Dave spent his career in the retail industry and held positions in store management, store operations, facilities maintenance, property management and construction management. Along the way, he gained broad management experience in sales, design, specification, sourcing, purchasing, building systems, and construction. Dave works as a Construction Manager for Amazon Transportation Engineering Services where he directs the construction and renovation of distribution centers nationwide.

Dave holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Duquesne University, is a longtime supporter and participant in SPECS, was a founding board member of the Professional Retail Store Maintenance (PRSM) Association. He lives in Chicago IL.

He received a Certificate of Completion (#2284) from The ASHI School, Pre-Licensing with final exam and field training.

Dave enjoys hiking, backpacking, bicycling, home improvements, woodworking, gardening, traveling, reading, cooking (inside and outside), eating, spending time with family, music of all kinds, theater and movies to name a few.
