William is a native of Pennsylvania.  He obtained his real estate license in 2014 and has been an active realtor.  During this time he also “flipped” houses.  He finds, buys and manages the entire project and then sells it.  He is an insured contractor and performs most of the work on the houses, specializing in kitchen and bathroom remodels.

He has taken business courses at Kutztown University and Northampton Community College.  He received his field training from experienced inspectors on BPG’s Pennsylvania team and completed the InterNACHI Radon Course.

When not inspecting, you’ll find him working on home projects. He enjoys practicing and training in Jiu Jitsu and has achieved the rank of purple belt.
