DANIEL DECOOPMAN

Daniel owned and operated a home inspection firm for 15 years in the Wasatch From and Back and has extensive experience inspecting both residential and commercial properties.  He is a past FEMA inspector and has a wealth of knowledge on a wide range of properties in various conditions.   Daniel is familiar with residential construction practices having completed coursework for becoming a General Contractor and has a penchant for DIY projects. Daniel also held a Utah Real Estate Sales Agent License and understands many aspects of the home buying and selling process. 

To complement his real estate experience, Daniel has experience in risk management as a commercial insurance Senior Risk Control Consultant and holds an Associate Safety Professional designation with the Board of Certified Safety Professionals.  Career highlights include tenure as a Federal OSHA Compliance Safety and Health Officer. 

Daniel is an avid outdoorsman enjoying snow skiing, dirt biking, and fly fishing.  He considers himself pretty good in the kitchen and under the hood of a car.
